  • Combined Orders: If you place an order that includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we will hold the entire order until all items are available. If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your pre-order until the date on which we ship out your order for a full refund. After this date, you will need to await receipt of the product and adhere to our standard refund policy.
